Our signature vineyard experience — a full day and evening set among the vines at JoJo's Vineyard, Russell Water. A guided tour and tasting of JoJo's English wines, followed by a whole-animal open fire feast cooked over seasoned hardwood, dressed under a Hurlingham stretch tent as the sun sets over the Chilterns.
Available for private hire. Minimum 20 guests. Includes vineyard tour, guided tasting, open fire feast, and stretch tent with furniture.

There is something deeply satisfying about taking a whole animal from butchery block to fire to plate. Our classes teach you the ancient craft of open flame cooking — from fire lighting and wood selection to whole animal butchery, asado, spit roasting, and coal baking.
Taught in small groups in the beautiful Chiltern Hills countryside, every class ends with a proper feast around the fire. These are experiences, not just lessons.

The ultimate stag experience. Learn to butcher a whole animal, light and manage a fire, and cook a feast from scratch. Hands-on, primal, and deeply satisfying.
